Join us for a conversation on longevity with an expert panel moderated by Allison Statter of Hilarity for Charity- exploring the pillars of sleep, nutrition, movement, and brain health. The evening concludes with interactive stations to experience each practice firsthand.
Panelists Include:
Dr Suzanne Devkota, PhD, Director of the Cedars Sinai Human Microbiome Institute
Dr. Devkota is the Director of the Human Microbiome Research Institute at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. She has been studying the effect of diet on gut health and microbiome function for the past 17 years. She completed her doctoral and post-doctoral training at The University of Chicago and Harvard Medical School respectively, is an NIH Director’s Pioneer awardee, and is a former Branco Weiss Fellow of the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology.
She is passionate about health and fitness and is an avid athlete herself with a black belt in Tae Kwon Do, and is an avid scuba diver and skier. Her mission beyond the research carried out in her lab, is to debunk myths and misperceptions about gut health through translating the science behind optimal health, nutrition, and performance
Liana Levi, Founder of Forma Pilates
Liana Levi founded Forma Pilates in 2020 to create a space where people could move with purpose and reconnect with their bodies. What began with a single reformer during stay-at-home orders quickly grew, through word of mouth, into one of the most sought-after Pilates studios. Built as a private, referral-only experience with small class sizes, Forma takes a considered, luxury approach that prioritizes the integrity of true Pilates while elevating the experience. Blending traditional Pilates with athletic intensity, each session uses thoughtful programming, quick transitions, and targeted movements to sculpt the body—offering both a physical challenge and a grounding escape from daily life.
Elissa Goodman, Holistic Nutritionist and Cleanse Expert
Goodman was diagnosed with cancer at 32 and chose a non-traditional path, forgoing chemo in favor of minimal radiation and a complete lifestyle overhaul. Despite skepticism from doctors, she trusted her instinct that her health was tied to deeper issues—low self-worth, chronic stress from a demanding role at Vogue, and poor nutrition. She turned to juicing, a vegan diet, yoga, meditation, and therapy, beginning a profound shift that would define her life’s work. Eleven years later, her husband was diagnosed with cancer and passed away at 45, leaving her with two young daughters and a renewed sense of purpose: to heal, rebuild, and lead by example. She returned to study integrative nutrition and has since worked with brands like Cafe Gratitude, M Cafe, Earth Bar, and Erewhon to develop wellness programs and support clients facing serious health challenges. Having also healed from hypothyroidism, Hashimoto’s, and Celiac, she’s driven to help others address root causes, reclaim their health, and move beyond survival into true vitality.
Dahlia Devkota, Founder of Editrix Wellness
Dahlia Devkota is a former beauty editor for major fashion titles like W Magazine and Allure. Her interest in ground-breaking skin science led her away from editorial and into the new frontier of the skin microbiome and built a skin wellness brand rooted in advanced longevity principles. Dahlia collaborated with her sister, Dr. Suzanne Devkota, a Harvard-trained pioneering microbiologist and Director of the Human Microbiome Research Institute at Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles. Together, their partnership bridges editorial expertise with academic rigor, creating effective and future-oriented products.
