CLUB POLICIES

Code of Conduct

All Members have agreed to our Code of Conduct upon registering their Membership and all
Guests of Members agree to our Code of Conduct upon entering the Club premises.

San Vicente Bungalows is a no photos, no posting, no gossiping property. No photography, videography, audiographer or recording devises of any kind is allowed on the Club premises.

No uninvited engagement with Members or Guests you do not personally know is permitted.

No talking on cell phones or smoking except in designated areas.

No disrespectful behavior towards Members, their Guests or SVB Staff.

Members are responsible for their guests. Should a member’s guest break a Club policy, the Member’s membership will be held accountable.

Any Member or Guest who violates these sacrosanct rules will be asked to leave and their Membership or Guest privileges revoked immediately.

Guest Policy

Members are welcome to bring up to 2 Guests without a dining reservation. A dining reservation must be made in advance if you wish to arrive with 3 Guests or more, space permitting. Members may bring up to 6 guests to The Bar, but seating will not be guaranteed.

All Guests agree to our Code of Conduct upon entering the club and must put stickers provided by the Front Desk Team on their cell phone cameras.

Guests of Members can enter the Club prior to the Member’s arrival, however Guests cannot order until the Member is present. If the Member does not arrive within 15 minutes of their registered Guests being seated, the Guests may be asked to return to the Front Desk to await the Member's arrival so that the table may be utilized for a present party.

Members must stay with their Guests at all times. Once a Member departs, their Guests must leave with them.

All Guests must be 18+, with the exception during Brunch on Saturdays & Sundays

Phone Zones

Phone calls are allowed in the Living Room, Upper Terrace and Bar Garden until 5PM, or in the Smoking Garden and in front of Reception at any hour.

Laptop Policy

Laptops may be used in the Living Room, Pool House, Upper Terrace, The Bar and Bar Garden until 5PM, Monday through Friday.

Smoking Garden

Smoking is permitted in the Smoking Garden, located behind the Living Room. Only Cigarettes are allowed. Cigars and marijuana are not permitted.

Dress Code

We encourage individuality, but members and their guests are encouraged to be respectful in their choice of attire, and the Club reserves the right to publish updated dress requirements from time to time. Workout and yoga clothing are not allowed after 11 am. Please remember that as a member, you are responsible for making certain that your guests adhere to the club’s dress code.
